Education and Training
New Jersey plastic surgeon, Larry Weinstein, M.D., F.A.C.S., received surgical training at University Hospital , Newark , New Jersey . and Morristown Memorial Hospital , Morristown , New Jersey . ( Columbia University ). He received specialized training in Oncologic Surgery and Breast Reconstruction at Sloan Kettering Memorial ( Cornell University ) in New York . At the University of Pittsburgh he did award winning research on tissue expansion. He also worked on experimental microsurgical transplantation of hands. He finished his plastic surgery training at the State University of New York ( Brooklyn ).
